Heydanek, Dennis – Class of 1968
September 2005 – Jane and I have relocated to McKinney, TX. We’ll be building a new home at Heritage Ranch – an adult golfing community of about 1,100 homes.
New home will be ready for visitors by the end of the year. Need to her from BU Delts living in TX!
June 2012 Update – Jane and I have relocated to Charlotte, NC to be closer to grandkids and family. Building a home (due October 2012)at Carolina Lakes (golfing community of 3,600 homes) just over the border in South Carolina. Would love to hear from BU Delts in Charlotte.

’68 Delts mini-reunion in San Jose
’68 BU Delts John Gleeson, John Conrad, Don & Jody Rowley, and Dennis & Jane Heydanek gathered in San Jose at the homes of Lucky & Barb Somers and Dennis & Sue Mesic for a mini – reunion the last weekend of March. Celebrating 40 years since graduation, we relived old 302 John St. stories, great times at the U of I and great Delt friendships then and now. More photos in Lucky Somers’ Albums section.

Class of 1964
I started running at the age of 62 and have now completed seven marathons. My first in 2001 was Dublin, Ireland followed a month later by my first Seattle marathon. In 2002 I ran a marathon in Anchorage, Alaska followed three months later by my first Chicago marathon. I took some time off in 2003 and 2004 to get ready for my marriage to my beautiful wife Mary Cooney. Following our marriage in 2005 Mary and Ienjoyed our honeymoonat Dromoland Castle, Ireland. I also retired from Resurrection Health care after 33 years asInformation systems Director and moved toSeattle, Washington where I ran my second Seattle marathon.Oh, and I had a pacemaker “”installed”” in early 2005 as well! In 2006 I ran the Whidby Island marathonand went back to Chicago for my second Chicago marathon. Things have been a bit slow in 2007 and so far in 2008 but I hope to run the Victoria, BC marathon in 2009.

Class of 1963
Jim Fulton class of 1963. Worked for General Motors from graduation till retirement in 1997. Total of 33 years.
Married to Bonnie Campbell for 40+ years now. She was from Warren OH. We have 3 grown sons and 3.5 grand children as I write ths. The last place I worked for GM was in Rochester NY.
We retired to Danville, CA. (just outside San Francisco) we moved here in 1998. Retirement has been very active and fun.
I would love to hear from some Illini Delts of the early 60’s

Class of 1964
Retired from Resurrection Health Care (Chicago) in Feb 2005, got married to my wife Mary, honeymooned in Dromoland Castle, Ireland and moved to Edmonds (Seattle) Washington…wow! Have run 7 marathons, Dublin, Seattle, Anchorage, Chicago, Seattle, Whidby Island and Chicago again.
